Technology
A high pressure water jet is used for cutting softer materials like rubber. The water is mixed with abrasives to cut the harder materials, which includes titanium, glass and steel. The high pressure water jet is released through a tiny orifice to concentrate high energy in a tiny area to cut the material.

The machine is able to work for 24 hours on continuous basis. The machines deliver high productivity with low downtime. The water jet stream cut the parts more precisely and helps in better utilization of raw materials.
